Wonderful Stay
ample parking excellent location smooth processes
I found ample parking just outside using the discs provided by the hotel. The location was excellent meeting my expectations based on guest reviews. An lovely lady handled both my check-in and check-out processes very smoothly.
The window was quite high making it difficult to see outside from my room.

Parking was conveniently located right outside and I secured it easily. The hotel provides parking discs. Breakfast was served at a nearby sister hotel. I had a good experience.

The room was spotlessly clean and I liked it very much. The room was serviced daily. I came back to fresh towels. A comprehensive tea tray was available with numerous teabags. Coffee sachets. Milk. Biscuits and even a chocolate.

gorgeous room helpful owner comfortable bed high window waiting time no lift
The room was gorgeous. My grand daughter and i were met by the owner upon arrival. She helped me to park my car which was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and i slept so well.
The hotel was advertised as having a view. I could not see out of the very high window. I had to wait outside when i got there for a few minutes before anyone came to check us in. There was no lift in this hotel.

pleasant stay details
great bed friendly staff clean room
the bed size was great. it felt very comfortable. the reception staff were friendly. the room was clean. it was also well decorated. i found the area quite peaceful too.
the person who greeted me on arrival didn't appear particularly friendly.

breakfast was served at a sister hotel nearby. the spread was fresh and generous, with cakes and pastries sourced from a local bakery. anya's warm welcome added a personal touch to my dining experience.

the apartment i was upgraded to was well equipped. it was comfortable and large enough for four adults. i found there was plenty of tea, coffee, and milk available. the attention to detail was excellent.

fantastic family getaway
good location generous supply friendly staff
the location was super i could walk to the beach quickly and the family room size was really good for all of us plus the food tasted really yummy we loved the generous supply of tea and coffee. parking outside was simple and permits are available plus the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. the check in process was quick and easy a lovely lady greeted us with a smile and gave us all the information we needed.
the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear noises from the stairs but it didn't affect my sleep a lot.

the family room featured a king size bed and a bunk bed setup it was a great size for my family and offered comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone ensuring a restful night. plenty of plugs were available especially near the bed making it easy to charge devices.

the check in was friendly and efficient parking discs were provided adding convenience with cars this thoughtful touch showed attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction. the lady who checked us in was lovely.

My room had a big bay window, and I enjoyed the lovely view. Breakfast was really good. It was freshly cooked. I was not in a hurry, so I enjoyed it.
The woman who greeted me didn't seem very friendly, and she seemed eager to get rid of me.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly accommodated my early arrival! the bed was comfortable. The room was nice and clean. my stay was very enjoyable. I thank the staff. i really appreciated the plentiful supply of uht milk and biscuits provided in the room. This was a nice touch.
i asked for a room with a view, but this was not possible.

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was nearby and very good. it is convenient to access various amenities and the seafront. Parking was available close by, and parking discs are provided which is a nice touch.

the tea and coffee facilities in the room are generous, with a plentiful supply of uht milk. decaf coffee was available, which i appreciated, as i cannot drink regular coffee, though the hotel did not have a lift, which could be a problem for some guests.

Check-in was friendly and went smoothly, i encountered no problems. The staff were helpful. communication was good before my arrival. The host was friendly and helpful. the staff went out of their way to ensure i had a pleasant experience!

The host were friendly. Parking was available on the street.
I was not informed of housekeeping entering the room throughout my stay. A bath would have enhanced my experience. The shower water alternated erratically between excessively hot and cold.
